Helena Beaman

Helena has a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. She is a highly professional, qualified counsellor who is deeply committed to providing counselling to children, teenagers and young adults.

Helena has extensive experience working with students in schools, both in the mainstream and private sectors.

Helena aims to build warm, empathic and non-judgemental relationships with her clients in which they can discuss personal, emotional and academic difficulties. Helena has skill and understanding in working with wide ranging issues that affect young people, such as self-harm, bullying, bereavement, exam stress and anxiety.

Helena continues to volunteer as a counsellor at a charitable youth counselling agency and regularly attends professional development workshops in order to enhance her working practice. She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
